This page uses no analytics, advertising trackers or forms. Emailing is optional. If you email me, I use your email address and the information you send to respond. Without a reply address, I cannot answer. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or taking steps you request before a contract. I do not add enquirers to a marketing list or make automated decisions about them.
Fastmail Pty Ltd provides website hosting and email. It processes technical request information, including IP addresses. Fastmail makes access times and browser information available to me for the preceding two weeks. I use those logs only to operate and troubleshoot the site, not to profile visitors, and do not download them for longer retention.
I delete routine enquiry correspondence within 90 days after the enquiry is resolved. Records needed for a legal duty or an actual dispute are retained only for that purpose and its applicable period.
Fastmail also processes technical data for security and service operation. Its privacy policy describes international processing, safeguards including standard contractual clauses, and IP-log retention up to one year.
